Giveaway Official Rules & Terms and Conditions

1. Sponsor
All giveaways are sponsored and administered by Guardian Angel Restoration ("Sponsor"), located at 15192 Cumberland Road, Noblesville, IN 46060.

2. Eligibility
Unless otherwise specified in the applicable giveaway details, giveaways are open to legal residents of Indiana who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Guardian Angel Restoration, their immediate family members, and individuals directly involved in administering the giveaway are not eligible.
3. Giveaway Period
Guardian Angel Restoration conducts promotional giveaways throughout the year in connection with community events, sponsorships, marketing campaigns, and other promotional activities.
Each giveaway will have its own designated entry period, prize description, and winner selection date, as disclosed on the applicable landing page or accompanying promotional materials.
Entries must be received during the designated entry period to qualify. Entry into one giveaway does not automatically constitute entry into future giveaways.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete and submit the official giveaway entry form accessible through a designated QR code, website, or other authorized promotional channel.
Entrants may be required to provide their name, email address, phone number, and other information reasonably necessary to administer the giveaway.
Unless otherwise specified, entries are limited to one per person per giveaway.
No purchase, payment, or consent to receive marketing communications is required to enter or win.
5. Prizes
Prizes may vary by giveaway and may include gift cards, merchandise, event tickets, promotional packages, or other products and experiences.
The specific prize, number of available prizes, and approximate retail value will be identified in the applicable giveaway details before entry.
Prizes are nontransferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise stated. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable, subject to applicable law.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Unless otherwise specified in the applicable giveaway details, winners will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the designated entry period.
Winners will be notified using the email address or phone number provided at registration.
Selected winners must respond within 48 hours of notification unless a different timeframe is specified for the giveaway.
If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the designated timeframe, or does not meet eligibility requirements, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each giveaway.
8. Privacy and Marketing Communications
Personal information collected through giveaway entry forms will be used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, and coordinate prize fulfillment.
Entrants may separately elect to receive promotional communications, special offers, service updates, and home maintenance information from Guardian Angel Restoration.
Consent to receive marketing communications is optional and is not required to enter or win.
Information will be handled in accordance with Guardian Angel Restoration's Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
9. Publicity
Guardian Angel Restoration may request permission to announce winners or use their names, photographs, or likenesses for promotional purposes.
Any promotional use requiring additional consent will be subject to the winner's authorization and applicable law.
10. General Conditions
Guardian Angel Restoration reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent, incomplete, duplicate, or otherwise ineligible entries.
Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel a giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control compromise the integrity or fairness of the promotion, subject to applicable law.
Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, or not received due to technical issues beyond its reasonable control.
11. Taxes and Expenses
Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with prize acceptance and for any expenses not expressly included in the prize description.
12. Agreement to Official Rules
By entering a Guardian Angel Restoration giveaway, participants acknowledge that they have reviewed and agree to these Official Rules and any additional giveaway-specific terms disclosed at the time of entry.
13. Giveaway-Specific Details
Each giveaway landing page will disclose the following information:
Giveaway name or promotional event
Entry start and end dates, including time zone
Prize description and approximate retail value
Number of prizes and winners
Winner selection date and method
Any additional eligibility restrictions or prize redemption requirements
In the event of a conflict between these general rules and the giveaway-specific terms, the giveaway-specific terms will control to the extent permitted by applicable law.
14. Governing Law
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, subject to applicable federal law.
